Default eurovox max..."channel not currently available"...HELP!

Hi All,

I received my eurovox max today...

I seem to have a problem with actualy attaching my cable lead. When i plug everything into the box and turn it on, the screen says "channel not currently available"...

However, ive noticed that this is the same screen that comes up when the cable lead is not plugged in. I take it that this means the cable connecton itself is the problem. However, it is working fine when i plug my telewest box back in.

The connection itself is with my white cable lead plugged into the supplied adapter, and then into the rf feed...I have noticd that the cable connection isnt as tight as I would have thought.

Any ideas how to remedy this? I should be fine once this is done, but until then, im getting nothing from the box!

Thanks in advance
