Sony Ericsson 8MP Cybershot

Sony Ericsson’s promised 8MP Cybershot promises to take camera phones to a new level.

The slider phone’s 8.1 megapixel sensor will make it possible to print A3 sizes. It features a Xenon flash for photos and a LED one for video.

Other features are expected to include built-in Wi-Fi, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.1, a bundled 2GB Memory Stick, GPS integration, TVOut, UMTS and HSDPA connectivity and DLNA certification which allows multimedia content to be shared with the phone.

There is also a 2.4-inch scratch proof TFT display with image stabilisation and red-eye reduction.
