CCTV manufacturer LILLIN has installed a new CCTV system at Nene Park, the home of Rushden and Diamonds Football Club in Irthlingborough, Northants.
The existing system at the ground had been installed in 1992 and was unable to meet current CCTV standards.
The club required a new system which would monitor activities both within the ground and also across the whole complex, including car parks, training pitches, function rooms, bars, restaurants and hospitality boxes.
LILIN installed a digital solution to monitor operations from the control room at Nene Park.
The system allows recorded images to be instantly viewed, and an alarm alerts staff immediately if an incident occurs.
Activities at the park can also be monitored from a remote location, via the Internet.
The ability to view different areas from one central position is cost-effective and also saves time.
Operators have complete control over all the cameras, with full pan, tilt and zoom control.
The system includes LILLIN’s PDR-2160 Digital Video Recorders, which provide live and recorded images which can be viewed at any time and from any location.
The system is designed for ease of use and has already provided valuable evidence to the police.
