UK businesses not happy with ISP’s<br />

Despite all of the work done over the years to speed up and secure the broadband network one thing still remains the same, and that is the ISP’s, of course some of them have merged and some have fallen, but the principles remain the same.

It is estimated that at least one in ten broadband subscribers who are businesses have either changed their provider in the last six months or intend to change their provider in the next six months, which should be a warning sign to the ISP’s.

The main reason for thinking about changing is the cost, with this being at the top of the list for around forty per cent of businesses who are thinking about switching, this is followed by quality of service and surprisingly customer service. The worst ISP’s are AOL, Be and Carphone Warehouse, while one of the better ones is Orange.
