PS3 gets digital TV<br />

Many people will say that Sony has said all of this before, but it seems that they are really going to be delivering an add on that will enable the PS3 to receive digital TV through the console. This device will be called the PlayTV, it is a small black box that connects to the PS3’s USB port, and the device itself has an aerial socket which is where the digital TV signal comes from.

The kit itself is not going to be that spectacular but that does not matter, it is what it does that should concern the users and they get the usual digital TV, plus an excellent TV guide too these little things make all of the difference when it comes to technical gadgets.

What this totally different from the average Freeview package, this system will also allow the user to pause or rewind live TV and of course record TV programmes too, while the user is watching another channel, this is because of the dual tuner.

The PlayTV unit will be launch by Sony later on in the year and will no doubt have it the people that love it and hate it.
