Customers of Tiscali UK, Pipex and Nildram seem to have been experiencing problems watching video streams on YouTube.
This is being caused by some sort of loading problem which first started around two weeks ago.
Customers of Tiscali and the associated ISPs have, for a long time, been complaining about the traffic management measures that the company employs, especially for those customers who like to use video streaming sites like YouTube and even the iPlayer.
The technical people at Tiscali have admitted, at long last, that there is a problem with their customers accessing the like of YouTube, and that they are working on fixing the problem.
They mentioned that they are looking to re-route the traffic for the short term, while they work on a more permanent solution.
