Top up and go launched by Vodafone

by David Allen

Vodafone have launched an alternate mobile broadband service to join the other services already being offered.

Top Up and Go offers some distinct advantages and as always disadvantages too.

Top Up and Go is basically pay as you go mobile broadband.

The user will have to buy the USB Dongle for £39; this will provide the user with just 1 Gb of data usage, but the Vodafone network does cover around eighty per cent of the UK.

The Dongle also has 4 Gb of memory, making this useful for downloading files etc.

Extra data usage can then be bought at £15 per Gb, but unlike some other providers there is no time limit on when this has to be used.

For a back up connection or for users who want to stay in touch while out of the home or office, this would seem ideal.
