Tiscali appears to be pulling the reins in, as it is cancelling its introductory offer of a reduced rate for the first three months for customers who sign up to its broadband service.
Instead, new customers can sign up for Tiscali broadband for a fixed rate for the entire twelve month contract.
Customers will need to pay a £10 charge for a wireless router and £14.99 a month for the broadband only package, with a connection speed of up to 8 Mbps.
There are other packages and bundled services available and despite the company being up for sale, the bundled services do actually appear to offer reasonable value, with estimated savings of around £126 per year.
Although all bundled services come with a free wireless router, there is a set up charge of £30.
