O2 grabs top spot

by David Allen

When the marketing firm JD Power and Associates conducts a survey, the industry listens, which is why these surveys are so important for businesses to help them understand how their customers see their services and products.

Recently they conducted two studies into fixed line and mobile broadband services, asking customers their views on performance and reliability, billing, cost, customer service/technical support and offers/promotions.

Each survey had a maximum score of a 1000 points, yet no provider got anywhere near that.

One company did however top both lists and that was O2, scoring 767 for fixed line broadband and 712 for mobile broadband services.

Sky came second for fixed line broadband with 706, while T Mobile came in second for mobile broadband with 683 points.
