TalkTalk customers would use mobile broadband

March 9, 2009

Internet service providers who are not planning to enter the mobile broadband market, could be missing out on some valuable revenues and an opportunity to help with customer retention, as a survey conducted by ISP TalkTalk has found.

The survey of TalkTalk customers found that sixteen per cent would be very interested in considering mobile broadband if it were offered as part of, or in addition to, their current package.

Sixteen per cent is a huge amount of customers and revenue that TalkTalk are not taking up.

This means that these customers are either missing out or taking out a mobile broadband contract with another provider, which is bad news for TalkTalk as they could easily lose customers to mobile broadband providers.
