The mobile broadband provider, T Mobile, has taken top spot in nine of thirteen categories, in an independent survey carried out on behalf of YouGov.
This survey asked almost two thousand mobile broadband users, during January 2009, their views on reliability, value for money, upload speeds, download speeds, getting connected, ease of use, billing, installation and customer services.
It should not be any surprise that T Mobile achieved such results in this survey, as they have been doing so over the past year or so.
T Mobile is in the process of upgrading its service which should mean connection speeds of 7.2 Mbps within the M25 and 4.5 Mbps on the rest of the network.
This will eventually cover most of the country following a deal with 3.
