Ask brings Jeeves out of retirement

by David Allen

A lot of people were disappointed when “Ask Jeeves” dropped the butler to become just “Ask” and what was a popular method of search became just another search engine.

There was even a campaign from fans and users who wanted the butler reinstated.

However, nothing was going to change the decision to let him go.

Nevertheless, it seems that Jeeves is coming back from his early retirement to appear in the corporate branding.

The firm has seen a rise of around twenty per cent in growth this year, so it is not struggling as such.

The return of Jeeves is more like a corporate representative and is something a lot of people said the company should have done in the first place.
