Sky tempts Tiscali customers with free set top box

by David Allen

Sky Broadband is counting on the customers of Tiscali being disappointed that the Carphone Warehouse has taken over their internet service provider and hopes that they will be looking to switch providers.

Fortunately, for Sky Broadband, it has a full armoury of products and services to offer new customers, and in this case the company hopes to kill two birds with one stone by offering a free Sky+ set top box to Tiscali customers who switch to Sky for their broadband services.

The offer is only open to existing Tiscali subscribers who are looking for another broadband supplier following the takeover by the Carphone Warehouse.

The offer for customers to get their free Sky+ set top box, currently worth around £99 and a £50 discount too, is open until the 11th June.
