Man buys IPhone 3G S and pulls it apart
Kyle Wiens, the CEO of ifixit.com, allowed many people to see how the new IPhone 3G S works by taking quite the initiative, one that included catching an overnight flight from California to London to wait in line so that he could get one of the first models.

After he received the iPhone, he quickly tore it apart to video tape the actual insides of the phone for millions to view online.

The move itself may have been deemed lunacy if he did not own a company which primarily concentrates on repairing broken electronics.

Wiens stated his goal was to be one of the first people globally to dismantle the iPhone, and after a 5,400 mile flight and a long wait in line, he was.

The results of his efforts showed that the iPhone is run with a Samsung CPU at 72% which is thought to help conserve battery life.
