The Digital Britain report suggests that all landline users should contribute to the roll out of the next generation broadband service through what has become known as a “Broadband Tax”.
It seems that according to BT, mobile operators should contribute to this fund too.

The Digital Britain report suggests that landline users, which includes most households and businesses, should foot the bill, regardless of whether they will use the broadband service or not.
