This must be a month for returns as Lance Armstrong and Michael Schumacher have both returned, and now it seems that the same could be said about the satellite sports broadcaster, Setanta.
It seems that the failed satellite organisation has got its house back in order in double quick time.
This must have been just enough to persuade the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland to grant Setanta two new satellite licences.
This means that although the channels may not be carried on Sky anymore, it is still able to broadcast in the UK.
In fact with the collapse of the UK business, Setanta retained the Irish based business and did not actually stop broadcasting in the UK.
The channel may have lost the crown jewels of the sport, but maybe that was the beginning of its troubles in the first place.
