Samsung has just announced two new mobiles, the Genio Qwerty and Pro, targeted at the youth market.

The Genio Qwerty is aimed at heavy texters, so comes with a Qwerty keyboard (unsurprisingly) and a 2.2 inch display, 2 megapixel camera and FM radio.

It also boasts brightly coloured interchangeable backplates called “fashion jackets”, so you can switch them around and give your phone a Gok Wan style makeover. Sort of.

The Genio Pro ups the ante with a sliding Qwerty keyboard, a 2.8 inch touchscreen display, 3 megapixel camera and wi-fi.

Pricing details or an exact launch date haven’t yet been confirmed, although the Qwerty should be out very soon according to Samsung.
