Vodafone clinches iPhone deal
Vodafone has won a distribution deal with Apple to sell the popular iPhone in the UK and Ireland, from early next year.

The phone was previously only available through O2, but will be available through both Vodafone and Orange when O2’s exclusivity deal ends.

Customers can register their interest in the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS at www.vodafone.co.uk/iphone.

Vodafone relaunched Vodafone Music last week, despite a few problems with the launch.

Customers keen to take advantage of the offer of ten free tracks were frustrated by overloaded servers preventing them getting through, and some of them were even billed for the ‘freebie’.
