T-Mobile will be offering the HTC Touch HD2 phone later this month.
The smartphone has just appeared on T-Mobile’s website, albeit with some mistakes made in the blurb accompanying the listing.
Not only is the wrong size screen listed, but T-Mobile has also put down that the phone will provide access to the “Android market”.
The fact is that the phone is Windows Mobile powered, and as a report on Know Your Mobile confirmed, this is no leak of a possible Android version of the HD2, just a simple mistake.
Which was obvious enough really, given that the company had also got the screen size wrong. It’s actually a 4.3 inch touchscreen display, not a 3.8 inch affair as the T-Mobile site states.
