There is no doubt that the BBC has grabbed the digital TV revolution by the horns and has been running with it ever since, but along the way there have been issues about which the competition has had cause to complain.
One is the internet TV Project Canvas and the other is the iPlayer, which is the subject of this latest complaint.
On this occasion the BBC Trust has thrown out a complaint from IP Vision over fair trading, following a decision not to allow it to create an IP Vision version of the BBC iPlayer.
The firm wanted to create a version that fitted into its own style, but still allowed the user to access the same content available on the iPlayer.
This request was rejected and the complaint has been rejected too.
