Babelgum and FilmBuff Launch Mobile Channel

FilmBuff will make available a series of clips and trailers from some of the Sundance Film Festival’s past hits, such as Slacker, Metropolitan, The Order of Myths, which FilmBuff has released on retail platforms such as iTunes, Amazon VOD, and Netflix.

In addition, the mobile channel will feature content from a new slate of exclusive monthly titles that FilmBuff is making available on Babelgum throughout 2010.

The first monthly exclusive will launch during the Sundance Film Festival, with Spencer Halpin’s documentary about the video game industry, Moral Kombat.

Following this, Babelgum will present a new feature film from FilmBuff exclusively available for streaming at http://www.babelgum.com/film and via its mobile applications.

Babelgum’s free mobile applications provide a Wi-Fi and 3G access point for its popular online free streaming destination, Babelgum.com.

The “FilmBuff” mobile channel can be accessed by downloading the Babelgum video app onto your smartphone (including iPhone / iPod Touch and Google Android 1 and 2) which can be found at: http://www.babelgum.com/mobile.
