Web browser Opera is attempting to make its way onto the Apple iPhone.
The iPhone version of Opera Mini will reportedly be revealed at Mobile World Congress next week, and it’s claimed it will offer a faster browsing experience than Safari, Apple’s browser.
This is because it uses clever compression technology to ensure that web pages load more swiftly.
However, the browser will have to be approved by Apple before it hits the app store.
And if we were going to bet on the outcome of that decision, we’d be putting money on a “no”.
