Men and Motors leaves satellite TV

It seems that as long as there has been satellite TV there has been Men and Motors, the channel dedicated to all the things that red blooded males like to watch.

However an announcement by ITV made clear that as from the 1st April, at 6 am, the channel Men and Motors will no longer be appearing on digital satellite TV.

The channel will be removed from the electronic program guides (EPGs) of Sky TV and Freesat.

This move has been made in order for ITV to launch its new high definition channel, ITV1 HD, which will be a simulcast of the standard definition ITV1 Channel.

Although Men and Motors has now effectively ceased operations, some of the content will be transferred over to ITV4.
