by David Allen

Sky News has clearly been anticipating the General Election, although considering that it had to be held before June it was not that hard to work out when it would be.

The satellite news broadcaster has updated its popular Sky News iPhone App, which will provide users with a live feed covering the General Election whether they are subscribers to the Sky TV service or not.

The app can be downloaded as usual from the Apple iPhone App Store and is completely free of charge for any iPhone user.

The iPhone App will provide the user with up-to-the-minute coverage of how the parties are performing.

There is even the chance to check out information on previous General Elections, as the app will allow comparisons to be made.
