The BBC launched details of its latest accessory for Doctor Who fans following the last episode of the show on Saturday.
The plan is to launch a computer game that is linked to the series and ‘Doctor Who: The Adventure Games’ is the answer for both PC and Mac users.
The BBC says that these games, there are four in total, are part of the series and in fact take the proposed run of thirteen episodes to seventeen.
The games, when launched in June, will be available to fans as free downloads.
They have been designed and developed by the Sheffield based computer games company Sumo Digital.
Game players can expect to hear the voices of the show’s main characters, Matt Smith and Karen Gillan and content has been written by the show’s scriptwriters, Phil Ford and James Moran.
