An interactive version of the jobsite.co.uk careers advice service and job search feature has been launched on the free-to-view digital TV satellite platform, Freesat.

The Freesat HD viewer will need their set top box or Freesat integrated television connected to the internet through the home broadband router before being able to access the new Jobsite features, which offer jobseekers a fast and easy job search service, on teletext channel 986.

For Jobsite, this opens up a new avenue to reach more people interested in looking for a new job or career.

With help and advice available, a service like this offers more than just listings and the user can get the most from their skills.

According to Freesat Head of Channels, Mark Briggs, this is just one example of what viewers can get by connecting their set top box to the internet.
