BE Broadband to offer home phone service

May 6, 2010

In line with some other internet service providers (ISPs), subscribers to the BE Broadband service will soon be able to order their home phone line from the provider too.

It is believed that the service is in the pipeline but will not be ready for customers to order until later on in the year.

According to the head of BE Broadband, Tom Williams, the provider has been getting a growing amount of requests from its subscribers for a home phone line and for a broadband bundle to include all of the services.

BE Broadband’s parent company O2 has already begun taking the details of customers that are interested in taking out their home line with the same company that provides their broadband service.
