It has been a long time in the making, but finally the new styling of Google search results is being rolled out.
There have been glimpses of the changes for around six months or so and although this latest move is significant, it will not completely change the view of Google pages.
The homepage and search results are now offering a cleaner and crisper view with brighter colours, but one thing remains the same, everything has been kept to the minimum. There is no overkill on Google.
One thing that computer users will notice is that the logo appears to have been polished up slightly with a fresh new look, in line with what is going on within the whole Google site.
