The election is over and it seems that Sky News has come off worse in two ways.
Firstly, the BBC appears to have won the election night coverage hands down and secondly, the media regulator Ofcom has received over 1,400 complaints regarding the Sky News interview process.
There were significant incidents, the first taking place between Sky’s Adam Boulton and Alistair Campbell and the second between Sky’s Kay Burley and David Babbs.
Both incidents revolve around the unprofessional interviewing techniques, aggressive behaviour and political bias, which are serious allegations.
However, with so many complaints can Ofcom really allow Sky News to brush these incidents under carpet?
This general election has seen more TV coverage than ever, starting with the leaders debates right up to the Nick and Dave show in the garden of Downing St yesterday.
