Virgin Media offering World Cup alternative

Not everyone is looking forward to two weeks of solid football coverage and it lucky for some that digital television exists otherwise the evenings viewing would be very limited, especially when the BBC and ITV has the TV rights for the FIFA World Cup.

Virgin Media are coming to rescue with the “Abbey Clancy’s Girls Night In” series on the Virgin Media On Demand service.

This series will be showing all manner of girly TV shows and because they are on demand, they can be watched whenever the viewer wants, which is probably early evening when the live football matches are being shown.

All that appears to be missing is the “Boys Night In” series or perhaps that is what the FIFA World Cup is!

  1. Hmmm, not liking fotball or girly TV, it looks like lots of Red Dead Redemption for me!
