Broadband users switch because of speed

For a long time now, broadband speed has been an issue for some users. During the early days of broadband speeds of under 1 Mbps were the norm.

However, has faster speeds become available it has become a key factor in the reason for leaving one internet service provider for another.

The problem that faces the consumer is the wide range in speeds and in cost too, because it turns out that just because one provider offers up to 20 Mbps, does not mean another will in the same area.

According to Orchid Consulting the customer service specialists, have found that over half of the broadband users that have changed their providers, have done so because of broadband speed or the cost of the package.
