Sony Ericsson X10 Mini now on shelves

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini might be small, but its name is anything but concise. It’s also just gone on sale in the UK at Carphone Warehouse.

Apparently it’s the world’s smallest Android phone, and indeed it is a tiddler for those of you into your seriously compact technology.

It literally fits into the palm of your hand – providing you don’t have very small hands – being about the same size as a credit card.

Of course, that means the display is pretty compact too, at just 2.5 inches. The Mini’s other vital statistics include a 600MHz processor, 2GB of memory, a 5 megapixel camera, 3G and wi-fi.

You can bag the mobile for free on a two year £15 per month contract, or if you’d prefer to take the PAYG route, the X10 Mini will set you back £200.
