Virgin Media seeking film critics

by David Allen

The cable broadband, phone and TV provider, Virgin Media, is searching for a young critic to join a panel of judges for a short film competition.

The broadcaster has teamed up with James King to begin looking for a critic, aged between 13 and 19, who will work with an expert panel to find the winner of the 3rd Virgin Media Shorts film competition.

The chosen critic will receive an all expenses paid trip to London, where they will meet with the expert panel, which includes the director of “Moon”, Duncan James.

Last year’s winning judge came down from Scotland with his mum to the awards and even went on BBC Breakfast News.

Teenagers interested in becoming the next Virgin Media Shorts judging panel member can visit the Virgin Media website to download an entry form.
