The Samsung Galaxy Apollo i5801 (not to be confused with the recent Galaxy S people have been getting very excited about) is set to land in the UK.
It will be wheeled out by Orange, and is labelled as “coming soon” on the company’s website.
Spec details are thin on the ground, but Orange lists it as having a 3.2 inch touchscreen, a 3 megapixel camera, and an FM radio, running the Android OS.
Samsung certainly seems to have kept quiet about this model, but it looks far more budget minded than the Galaxy S, which has been billed as an iPhone 4 rival.
The Galaxy S is coming to Vodafone tomorrow, featuring a 4 inch super AMOLED display, a 1GHz processor, and HD recording capable 5 megapixel camera.
Whichever phone you buy, either way you get a mobile that sounds like the name of a spaceship.
