BT accused of bad service

The business internet service provider (ISP) Andrews and Arnold has been very vocal on the current state of BT’s 21CN service, with the main complaint being that the BT network is unable to cope with the demands being put on it.

The main issue is latency and how this affects the level of service being maintained by the network.

This is especially relevant to the service provider during the day, when business requires a solid service to work with.

The issue has been highlighted more recently with the increased use of video streaming and downloading during the Wimbledon and World Cup events.

As for BT, the provider claims that the 21CN network has enough capacity to cope with the fibre optic broadband services that are being connected to the system, but latency and slow service still appears to be issue with some ISPs.
