Samsung has done well for itself of late, with its critically acclaimed Galaxy S smartphone.
And it seems like it won’t be long before another Galaxy is brought out into the Samsung mobile universe, with the tech specs of the Q being leaked.
The Galaxy Q will be a BlackBerry Bold style Qwerty candy bar, a more compact version of the phone with a smaller 3 inch AMOLED display (the S model has 4 inches of display real-estate).
According to the spilled spec sheet, it will run Android 2.2 with a 1GHz processor, and the camera will be an HD recording capable 8 megapixel affair with an LED flash (the latter being one of the features missing on the Galaxy S). 16GB of memory will be on board, along with a 1 megapixel front-facing camera, too.
Samsung certainly seems to have some momentum on its side here, and although it’s not clear when this one will emerge, we’d guess it would be fairly soon.
