Nokia 5250 slated to replace 5230?

It looks like Nokia has a replacement on the cards for its budget targeted handset the 5230.

An image of the Nokia 5250 first showed up on the Tams S60 blog (pointed out by Engadget), with the blog author claiming a very reliable source.

And it seems this was correct, as this picture of the 5250 is currently up on the Ovi Promotions site.

Although no tech spec is available for the phone yet, we’ll be sure to update you when Nokia makes a full reveal, which is likely to be soon.

The Nokia 5230, incidentally, comes with a 3.2 inch touchscreen, and a budget-minded 2 megapixel camera, GPS and 3G.
