Toy Story 3 has held the top spot in the UK all-format video game chart (as compiled by Chart Track) for the second week running.

It was actually number one four weeks ago, as well, but was dislodged temporarily the following week by the massive spike in sales witnessed by Activision-Blizzard’s StarCraft II after its launch on the PC.

Red Dead Redemption experienced a surge in sales this week, shooting up to number two. Last week’s number two, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, plunged to number eight.

Ubisoft’s Dance on Broadway found itself at number three, and Lego Harry Potter did well, moving up four places to number four.

Art Academy on the Nintendo DS, which struggled on its debut last week and only managed to enter the chart at number twenty-eight, also blazed up the rankings to number five.

This week’s only new entry was Madden NFL 11, which just clawed its way into the top ten, at number ten in fact.
