An original Apple-1 computer which was shipped from the garage of Steve Jobs back in 1976 has been sold at Christie’s.

It was expected to fetch between £100,000 and £150,000, and it ended up going for just over the average of that expectation, reaching £133,000.

The rare computer came with its original packaging, documentation and manuals, the works. Even the original invoice and a typed letter signed by “Steven Jobs” was included. Back in the seventies, the computer cost $666.66.

The machine was bought by an Italian businessman, according to a report in the Metro.co.uk.
