Sony is launching a new range of entry-level USB drives to its colourful - and tiny - Microvault Style range.

The new ranges come in 4GB/8GB/16GB capacities, in white, pink, or lime green colours.

The Microvault USB sticks are only 4.6mm think, and weigh just 4g. They also have a built-in green LED light that flashes when file transfers are taking place.

Sony have also added two pieces of software, available for free download: File Rescue and x-Pict Story.

File Rescue is the most useful software utility, allowing you to recover accidentally damaged or deleted files, and boasts a 90% successful recovery rate.

x-Pict story is simply image slideshow software, and you need to register your details to access it.
