HTC has unveiled a pair of new smartphones at Mobile World Congress which feature a Facebook button.
Like the INQ Facebook phones announced last week, the handsets have a dedicated button for convenient one-touch access to the social network.
According to a report in the Telegraph, the Facebook button will be context aware, so if you’re looking at a photo, one touch will allow you to share the snap with friends.
In terms of tech specs, the ChaCha has a compact 2.6 inch display, mainly because there’s a full Qwerty keyboard nestled underneath. The Salsa has a 3.4 inch display, and both phones come with a 600MHz processor, and a 5 megapixel camera.
Oh, and both phones have truly awful names, especially the ChaCha. What were HTC thinking? Desirable monikers, they most certainly aren’t…
A spring launch is expected for the smartphones.
