Bioware have revealed a brand new trailer for Dragon Age 2, only a week before its release date. The trailer is called ‘The Exiled Prince’.
It has not been too long since Dragon Age 2 revealed the first 2 minutes of game play as a teaser video on Youtube, and the official trailer before that. Now we get to see the trailer for one of the full game companions.
The trailer tells us the tale of Sebastian Vael, a noble born archer who seeks revenge for the murder of his family. We see him in a dramatic cut scene, and fighting along side the main hero in game play footage.
Sebastian Vael is a full time companion character in the game, and has his own series of side missions. However, in order to get the character on your team, you have to download the Exiled Prince content online.
The reason for having the Exiled Prince as downloadable content is in order to promote the games Signature Edition copy.
If pre-ordered, the Signature Edition copy comes with a disk full of all the content for the Exiled Prince, as well as a model of a sword and shield.
If you do not wish to purchase the Special Edition copy however, the downloadable content is available for 7 US dollars, or 560 MS points on Xbox live.
Dragon Age 2 is available in the UK on the 11th or March, or the 8th of March in the US.
