Nokia N8 camera update coming with Anna

Good news for Nokia N8 owners, the impressive camera the handset boasts is about to get even better.

And that will happen when the slightly-less-impressive OS gets updated to Symbian Anna, which should be soon.

This will allow a firmware update which will bolster the video capabilities of the 12 megapixel camera to record 30fps for smoother filming. According to an article on My Nokia Blog, a continuous autofocus will also be implemented.

We say this is happening soon, that may be a little optimistic, as Nokia isn’t promising any target date for arrival yet. But it should be before too long barring any major technical hitches.
