Tesco’s Modern Warfare 3 £35 deal

Grab your copy of Modern Warfare 3 for £35 minus any clubcard vouchers

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

On the look out for the best deal for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, the next best-selling game of all time?

Well, you’ve got a couple of options now. Firstly, there’s the Gamestop deal to effectively get Modern Warfare 3 for 99 pence, although it’s not quite as simple as pre-ordering the game for a quid and putting your feet up.

It’s actually a combination deal tied in with Battlefield 3, whereby you purchase the EA shooter, then send it back to Gamestop for a discount on Modern Warfare 3.

The specifics of the deal are you need to pre-order Battlefield 3 (console only) from Gamestop before it’s out on Friday. Then you also need to order Modern Warfare 3 before its release on November 8th.

You’ll get a pre-paid envelope along with your copy of Battlefield 3. If you send Battlefield 3 back to reach Gamestop by November 18th, they’ll credit you with the cost of MW3 back, but minus 99p.

Basically that means you get to play BF3 for nearly three weeks, then swap it for MW3 for a total outlay of £38.

If you don’t fancy messing around with posting, or you’re not interested in EA’s modern war offering, then you’d do well to take a look at a deal Tesco has on, highlighted by HotUKDeals.

This offer can be snagged by using the code EXCCOD3-1, which applies a fiver discount, so you’ll get the game for £34.90. Plus you can use your clubcard vouchers, too, to knock it down potentially further.

The Tesco offer expires on November 3rd. Other deals are likely to pop up, so it might be worth waiting a bit longer yet – although this does look a tempting prospect.
