Techwatch March Issue Small

Short of something to read on the train home, perhaps? Whether you’re on the move with your tablet or smartphone, or at home on your desktop PC, then you might just want to take a look at the Techwatch e-magazine.

We’ve just launched the e-publication and it’s available in PDF format, for free. Download it here.

The first issue, March 2012, has the third-generation iPad unveiling, and a weighing up of its prospects, as the lead feature.

There are also features on the top upcoming smartphones for 2012, the most dangerous Facebook scams to watch out for, and a retro feature on the Spectrum 48k.

Alongside those articles, we’ve also provided a handy summarised news round-up of stories which we’ve covered on the website over this last month.

Basically these are bite-sized pieces of news to allow you to quickly catch up with everything that’s been going on in the tech world over the last few weeks, and be the envy of your friends down the pub when it comes to showing off your tech knowledge (note: envious reaction cannot be guaranteed).

A few of the most major pieces of news are given full-on coverage, too, and this month we cover Google Play, the launch of the Windows 8 preview, and Ubuntu for Android.

As far as we’re concerned, feel free to store and distribute the Techwatch e-magazine as you see fit. You’re welcome to share it with friends offline, and store it online. The only restriction is that the PDF may not be changed in any way in doing so.

Above all, we hope you enjoy the read, and please do leave us feedback on what you think of the e-magazine. We’ll take that on board as we head into future issues of our monthly publication.
