Fancy beta testing the Elder Scrolls Online – the massively multiplayer version of the hit RPG game which is (allegedly) due out later this year? Well now you can sign up for a chance to be one of those first beta testers.
Yes, if you head on over to the Elder Scrolls Online site, you’ll see a “Sign up for Beta” button.
Note that those who fill in every section of the form are more likely to be selected for the initial closed beta phase.
And we’d imagine previous beta experience, which you can list, will help. You also have to enter your system details.
Elder Scrolls Online will be set a thousand years before Skyrim, the latest single player outing – and ESO will involve three warring factions. The MMOG will be closely tied to lore from the previous Elder Scrolls games, and will feature action-oriented combat, with real-time ducking, blocking and so forth.
ESO will also run on one big server, not separate shards, so there’ll be no worrying about not being on the same server as your mates.
