There’s a new number one at the top of the UK all-format game chart, Injustice: Gods Among Us, which displaces Bioshock Infinite from number one to number two, after three straight weeks at the top for the shooter.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is a beat-‘em-up from the same studio that rebooted Mortal Kombat (and a good job they made of that, too).
It’s published by Warner, and is the company’s first chart topper since Lego Batman DC Superheroes (which was out in the middle of last year).
There was another new entry at number three, with Fire Emblem: Awakening for the 3DS which launched alongside a limited edition of the 3DS XL Blue (3DS XL sales were boosted by 50 per cent over the previous week).
Tomb Raider slipped to number four, followed by Defiance, and FIFA 13 showed the first signs that sales of the footy game are flagging somewhat, dropping to number six.
Black Ops II was at number seven, followed by Luigi’s Mansion 2, PGA Tour 14, and Far Cry 3 at number ten.
