Hi you need to contact vm they help you set it up also did you install it your self.

i have used usenext and various nzb sites hassle free for years on my vm line, usenext did try and say vm had capped my dl speed but after opening a very similar program, i ran full speed and contacted customer services and my speeds hit maximum again. make sure that its vm capping you and not the newsgroup servers themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!
