Default fast button change for channel hopping

Hi everyone,

just a quick one,....... i,m starting to get to grips using my humax freesat hdr, recording and the likes no problem.
Now my question,... When channel hopping, say changing from 101 to 200 using the numbers on the remote, why have you got to be so quick, if your just a little slow pressing the three numbers, it goes off, is this just a bug, i,m talking very quick unlike anything i've experienced before. And my eyes are not what they used to be.

thanks john

Considering the other poster didn't get an answer 18 months ago, I'd say your chances of getting one now are slim, though I have been known to be wrong occasionally
