Thumbs down t-mobile gave me two phones instead of one...

So I have a bit of a dilemma, that t-mobile are proving useless at resolving! I contacted t-mobile two weeks ago to upgrade to the Sony experia Z and was told it would be 3-5 day's for delivery. When the phone didn't show after 5 days I gave them at phone to find out it would be 2 weeks to deliver so they said they would cancel that one so I could go in store and get one. Desperate to get a new phone ( old one is water damaged) I ended up taking the experia sp in store promised that it was just the same asthe Z just not waterproof, which it isn't! Anyway I was going to take it back and try and change it but yesterday the original order of a Z turner up in the post! Doing the honestthing I phoned them and also went back in store but no-one seems to know how to deal with this! Extremely frustrating! Does anyone know where I stand with this or had any experience. If I hand the sp back in-store I've been told my contract will be cancelled and I'll loose my ex-employee discount as they have no note of me receiving the z.
